Ingredients

  • 250 g Tanmia Chicken Breast with herbs, cut into thin strips
  • 1 container (about 2/3 cup) plain no-fat Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp reduced fat feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ¼ tbsp dried oregano leaves
  • 2 whole wheat pita bread, cut in half
  • 4 torn Romaine lettuce leaves
  • ½ cup chopped cucumber
  • ½ cup chopped seeded tomato

How To Cook Chicken Gyros Sandwich

1. Combine yogurt, onion, feta cheese, lemon juice, garlic and oregano; mix lightly.
2. Fill pita bread halves with lettuce, Chicken breast, cucumber, tomato and yogurt mixture
