  • 400g Tanmia chicken wings
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup flour


  • 1 ½ tbsp starch
  • 1 ¼ cup water
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice pinch
  • 1 saffron

Pickling sauce/dressing:

  • ¼ cup Flour
  • ¼ cup starch
  • ½ cup Tanmia chicken stock
  • To taste and demand Cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, anise, fennel, black pepper, salt

How To Cook Chicken Wings with Honey

1. In a bowl combine together, the amounts of pickling sauce and mix well.
2. Dip Tanmia chicken wings in the pickling sauce then add it in the scrambled eggs and flour.
3. In a deep saucepan, heat sufficient quantity of oil to fry Tanmia chicken wings.
4. To prepare the sauce: dissolve a little starch in water.
5. In a saucepan, put honey, lemon juice, the dissolved starch, saffron and water on medium heat until the sauce is condensed and thick.
6. In a dish, put Tanmia chicken wings and pour sauce over.
7. Serve the dish hot.
